Franklin Health & Rehabilitation Center a 120 bed skilled rehab center in Rocky Mount is seeking a scheduler.

The Scheduler prepares four-week staffing ratios, maintains monthly nursing schedules for the Nursing Services Department, responds to employees’ requests for time off, and maintains daily overtime logs. The scheduler will also communicate with Staff Development Coordinator and Clinical Unit Managers regarding schedule changes needed for training and in-services.

Experience with staffing ratios and scheduling preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Instructor

We are seeking a qualified and motivated CNA Instructor to teach classroom, lab, and clinical components of our Nurse Aide Training Program. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and committed to preparing students for state certification and success in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CNA curriculum and skills instruction

• Supervise and evaluate students in clinical settings

• Administer exams and skills competency testing

• Maintain accurate student records
